What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text (.txt) files up to 20 MB.
How long does a check take?
Most documents are done within a few minutes. Your dashboard fills in the scores and download buttons by itself, so you can just wait there.
Will my document be stored or shared?
No. Your document is never added to any repository, so it won't match against your own work later. For your privacy, we also remove the uploaded file and reports from our own server 7 days after the check, so download your reports before then.
What does one check include?
One document: a similarity score, an AI-writing score, and full PDF reports for both.
Can I check a document in Malay?
Yes, for similarity. The AI-writing check doesn't support Malay, so you'll get the similarity score and report only. It still uses one check.
Can I change what the similarity check ignores?
Yes. Under Report settings on your dashboard you can exclude the bibliography, quotes, citations and small matches, and choose the report layout. Your choices are saved for every check after that.
What if a check fails?
The check goes back to your account automatically, and you can try again.
How do I use a redeem code?
Log in, click “Redeem code” at the top, and enter your code. The checks are added to your account straight away.
